Our artisan bakers skillfully craft each pie with fresh seasonal ingredients and our signature flaky all butter pastry.

We offer a variety of 5" mini dessert pies each day at the Studio (located in Duluth), and a limited number of 10" signature flavor pecan and chess pies. We have the following signature flavors daily, year round: Chocolate Chess Pie; Maple Pecan Pie; Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie; Dutch Apple Pie. We then offer a changing selection of fruit pies, chess pies, cream pies and custards. Our daily menu is driven by seasonal ingredients, custom orders, and the creativity of our bakers.

Craving something savory? We serve personal size quiche daily (and coffee!) and chicken pot pies on Wednesdays (and daily during the winter.)

ALL CUSTOM PIES MUST BE ORDERED A MINIMUM OF 48 - 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE.  This ensures the pie you Crave will be served to you freshly baked and delicious.
